You are cordially invited to attend the NWGIS User Group meetup event during the 2019 Esri International User Conference (Esri UC)!
The NWGIS User Group meetup event is a great opportunity to network with other GIS professionals from the northwest while enjoying hosted beverages and munchies. There is no need to register, your Esri UC badge will be your pass into this event! For the first time, the NWGIS User Group will be hosting the meetup event at Tin Roof in downtown San Diego. Tin Roof is only 6 blocks north of the Esri UC and sits in the heart of San Diego’s historic Gas Lamp district (see below for the venue’s address).
Visit the event sponsors’ booths at the conference for additional information and drink tickets. One drink ticket per attendee will be provided at the door upon presentation of your conference badge while supplies last, but visit your favorite sponsors for more tickets!
Sponsorship Opportunities are Available!
All sponsorship proceeds are dedicated to providing the facility, appetizers, and beverages for the meetup event. The earlier you underwrite, the earlier you will get advertising as your name and logo will be added to the NWGIS website and to each ad that goes out! Raffle items will also be accepted and of course you will receive more recognition when you do this! This announcement will be made numerous times on our NWGIS website and LinkedIn group.

Additionally, purchasing a Gold-level sponsorship will grant you a 25% discount on vendor fees for the November 4-7, 2019 NWGIS User Group Conference in Bend, Oregon.

*Note: The extra drink tickets are to encourage people to visit your booth or find you out at the event. Sponsors can also purchase additional drink tickets in bundles of 10 tickets for $100. The additional tickets must be purchased by June 1, 2019.
