The Boise Centre
NWGIS 2017 Boise will occupy The Boise Centre, the largest convention facility in Idaho. The Boise Centre is newly expanded and remodeled. The first phase of the Boise Centre expansion opened in September 2016. The new facility known as Boise Centre East has welcomed several conventions, conferences and local events. The final phase of the expansion began in December 2016 and includes renovation of the existing Boise Centre facility to maximize square footage. A junior ballroom and new meeting room will be built and many new restrooms will be added. Completion is estimated in late summer 2017.

Fall for Boise
Mountains and museums. Restaurants and rivers. Festivals and fresh air. Boise is a surprising blend of urban and outdoors -- big enough to have all the comforts of a big city, yet small enough to make it easy to enjoy it all. Check out our outdoor activities, arts scene or our city's museum pass program. Learn about our growing wine region or thriving dining scene. Or like us, simply Fall for Boise, and be part of a celebration of the city's culture and community which will run throughout the NWGIS Conference.
