On the Menu

Below is a are the menu items for the conference this week. We've done our best to accommodate vegan, vegetarian,  gluten free, and dairy free dietary plans. At registration you can request a notification flag for the Tue and Wed lunch that will alert venue staff that you will need an alternative.

Monday

Lunch - A boxed lunch with assorted sandwiches including: slow roasted beef, ham, genoa salami, smoked turkey, marinated vegetable wrap. Includes chips, fruit, cookie, and bottled water.

Tuesday

Breakfast (Continental) - Coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, assorted breakfast breads, oatmeal.

Lunch (Buffet) - choice of salads, seasnal vegetables, assorted desserts (including flourless chocolate torte), ice tea, grilled flank steak, pan seared salmon.

PM Break - Assorted cookies and brownies

Evening Social Appetizers - hummus, whit bean dip, olives, pita chips, french bread, gorgonzola, proscuitto bruschetta, risotto fritters, chicken sliders.

Wednesday

Breakfast (Continental) - Coffee, tea, assorted juices, fruit, assorted breakfast breads, yogurt,  eggs, bacon.

Lunch (Buffet) - Mixed green salad, assorted sandwich sliders (steak, turkey, mozzarella). Includes assorted chips and desserts.

Break PM - Cookies, brownies, soda, bottled water.

Dinner (High Desert Museum) - TBA

Thursday

Breakfast (Continental) - Coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, assorted breakfast breads
