Description: ArcGIS Enterprise is a key component of the ArcGIS platform. It provides you with a complete GIS that runs behind your firewall, in your infrastructure, on-premises, and in the cloud and works with your enterprise systems and policies. In this lecture-format workshop, we will discuss how to successfully deploy ArcGIS Enterprise in your organization. We will also discuss new capabilities which have recently been released as part of ArcGIS Enterprise, like ArcGIS Enterprise Sites, collaborations, and shared instances. Come learn how to design and deploy your own ArcGIS Enterprise environment and hear tips and tricks, and see the steps to build intuitive web pages that reflect your organization’s branding and support users of all experience levels.   Whether you’ve already deployed ArcGIS Enterprise to your organization, or are just beginning to think about it, you’ll get ideas on how to configure it for the best possible experience and results, and how to develop governance to support and engage users of all types successfully.

Intended Audience - GIS users and managers will benefit from this workshop, especially those who want to take their server GIS to the next level. It is expected that advanced technical discussions will take place. A high-level understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise components as well as a familiarity with ArcGIS Online is recommended to get the most out of it.

Format and Requirements: Lecture only.
