NWGIS strives to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds requested 72 hours prior to the start of any event or training are approved without board review. Refund requests made less than 72 hours prior to the start of any event or training, or after the event, require a submission to the board and/or third-party event lead with an explanation/justification. The board will grant refunds for extenuating circumstances.
All refunds incur a $20.00 cancellation fee.
To request a refund, please contact NWGIS by emailing web@nwgis.org. Provide your order number and details about the refund you are requesting. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
