The GIS Management Academy™ was launched in January 2022. Based in Edmonds, WA, the GIS Academy has a portfolio of 12 two-hour online workshops that have now been presented to more than 625 students from around the world.
Attendees of these workshops always receive:
- · A course completion certificate with GISP points and CEUs earned
- · A copy of the course workbook
- · Usually additional resources (templates, reference material, etc.) related to the workshop topic
- · A course evaluation survey
- · An invitation to the GIS Managers’ Open Forum, a free online forum that is your opportunity to meet with your peer GIS managers from around the world and discuss topics that are relevant to your GIS operation
Who should attend GIS Management Academy™ workshops:
- · Current GIS managers, supervisors, and coordinators, and those who aspire to a future successful career in GIS management.
