Exhibitor Information
Exhibitors are a key part of our conference that provide solutions and expertise conference attendees are looking for. We strive to make this a positive experience and balance the needs for your organization and attendees. Please review the special notes below for logistic requirements.
Special Notes:
- The JUMP Center is not open on Mondays.
- JUMP cannot accept, nor hold, any deliveries. Any equipment you need to ship to JUMP has to be received, by your staff, during normal open hours or brought over by your staff.
- Doors to JUMP do not open before 8:00am.
- Exhibitors do not receive a list of attendees or their emails, nor will NWGIS forward announcements to attendees on your behalf. Exhibitors can post information to the NWGIS website forum.
- Exhibitors will be in the JUMP Room on the 5th floor. This will be shared space where lunch and presentations will be held. This should be a fairly high traffic area. NWGIS planning determines the placement of exhibitors. You can request a placement change and proximity to other exhibitors, but NWGIS makes no guarantees.

Registration:
- Exhibitor - $1000
- Non Profit Exhibitor - $500 - Includes government and educational organizations.
- Sponsor - $500 - Can't make the event but want to support the group? We can still give you a shout out.
